Sweet & Spicy Shrimp

Sweet and Spicy shrimp was our dinner theme for tonight!

If you are looking for a fast dinner for tonight this will be a huge hit. You will be done with this meal in about 20 minutes or less guaranteed.

Paired with Hawaiian Coleslaw, this dinner was the tastiest meal I’ve had in a long time.

It’s quick and easy to make. So, it’s great for those busy weeknights after a chaotic day full of school, work, clubs, sports. With just a few steps and hardly any dishes this is a fantastic family pleasing that they will thoroughly enjoy.

So here is the easiest recipe I think I’ve got Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 Tbls Blackened seasoning
  • Frozen, uncooked, deveined shrimp of any size

Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Directions :

This is where you add the Spicy to the Sweet and spicy shrimp.

Melt 1/2 cup butter with 4 Tbls Blackened seasoning – found in the spice aisle at the supermarket. Just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds.

Once it was all melted, drop the frozen shrimp right in the bowl and let them soak for 2 minutes.

Then placed them on the broiling pan. You can sprinkle a little extra blackened seasoning over the whole pan, if you like a little extra spice.

While they were cooking mix together honey and pineapple juice – this can be to taste.

Once the shrimp are ready and thoroughly cooked. Remove it from the broiler and sprinkle a bit of parsley and drizzle with the honey mixture. This helps to even out the spice. so it’s the sweet to the sweet and spicy shrimp!

A little sweet a lot of spice!

I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! It is now a new recipe I will come back to again and again and so will you!
