Bubbies Paprika Potato’s

I know what you’re thinking, Bubbies Paprika Potato’s, what on earth is this. I’m not exactly sure where it came from. All I know is my Bubbie used to make these Paprika Potato’s and we loved them! I still love them and my kids do too. It could very well be a dish she grew up with, Maybe her mom made them or her Bubbie? I wish I had asked her when I could, but I never did.
